Commitment to Peace

As some view world peace as an idealistic view, others believe that it can be attainable by participating in many events which aim towards uniting every one without the means of violent or immoral actions.  I believe that peace can be obtained and I would like to contribute to society by donating to charities and try to help make a difference in someone's life who seems to be in need of change.  I currently donate to the salvation army and candlelighters because I would like to help make a difference in someone's life who appears to be less fortunate than others.  For future peace commitments, I would be more than willing to become a part of an organization or institution which aims toward helping others.  I enjoy helping others and always get a warm feeling inside me when i see the smiles on individuals faces.  I one day hope to turn peoples' frowns and sadness upside down.
