Sin City
This past weekend another tragedy struck Juarez. A fourteen year old's birthday party was interrupted by a group of armed cartel members, they shot and killed fourteen women and children while a large number of people were left with injuries. It is sad to see how chaotic and out of control the city of Juarez has become due to the recent drug wars. Over the past 4 years, Juarez has become one of the most dangerous cities in the world. I believe that most of these killings are very unnecessary. The cartel just enjoy making a point that they believe that they can do whatever they want whenever they want, eliminating anyone who opposes them. I also believe that it is only a matter of time before the innocent bystanders take a stand and begin to fight back against the drug trafficking and the cartel.

In a way you may be right, but in my opinion not always do the cartel just kill people for the fun of it, i believe that this tragedy may have been caused due to the fact that most organized crime organizations consists of teenagers. Having a party must have been the best place to take them out, but once again its just my opinion.

ReplyDeleteI believe they do enjoy how they can do what they want, whenever they want without suffering any punishment. A couple of years ago, there were some bad guys who were killing people for silly reasons, like bets about how people would react to certain things; if they won the bet they would kill the person, if they didn't they would give that person money. Imagine how afraid we were.
ReplyDeleteFor this massacres occuring of course there is a reason and one of them is that at this party the people who made the killing were giving information of the person that they wanted to kill was going to be attending that party and since, no one knew who the guy was they start shooting just to see how serious they were.
